LaGuardia Gateway Partners (LGP) is currently operating the Central Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport and building a new world-class terminal that New York can be proud of through a public private partnership with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. We will be seeking certified Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) subcontractors, vendors and consultants for construction associated with the redevelopment project and operations and maintenance of the terminal. We will also be seeking Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) firms for airport concession opportunities.

For contracting opportunities: registration with and certification by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and/or Empire State Development is still required. If you’ve already been certified or will be certified in the near future, please make sure that your business profile in the database has the right construction services attributed to it and is up-to-date. We will send out notices to prospective bidders based on the work categories that each company self-identifies as performing. Ex. – requests for proposal on a masonry contract will only go to those companies that have identified themselves as performing masonry work.
